Nope but I have with the Arby and if you have good Drone Skills it can hold a heavy tank and does quite well in it's role. The Maller is not a solo ships really, more of a Gang Boat, it has few Frig defences and is slow and easily catchable. The Arby will serve you better in most small gang situations.

Orbit fast with tracking on and an AB running. Web and Scram and you should be fine with your large buffer. If the target is packing a Med Neut leave only the NOS and tackle running.

Haven't tried this fit yet but the concept is straight forward enough. Pick your targets and your scripts and mess up there range and tracking. Drone Dmg is Icing on the cake, TD Drones are a lil something extra and EC's for GTFO. As I said I haven't flown this one yet.

Similar to the first one with more of an emphasis on catching and disabling rather then brawling. I like this one when in a small group personally.
It is one of the most versile ships I have flown.
